We live through our senses. There is an intimacy in soft, cotton cloth on your lips, and pleasure in attention to the details of every day living.  

A love of cooking and tasting inspires the designs of Plait textiles. The unique napkins are handwoven in the U.S.A. from 100% cotton yarn. The textiles feature the natural selvedges, a characteristic rarely left as a finished edge in commercial textiles.

Plait was formed by Jennifer Pellman, a graduate of Cranbrook Academy of Art and the University of Illinois School of Architecture.
